Passed PgMP on 2nd March: Dear Friends , It gives me immense pleasure to announce that I qualified PgMP exam in first attempt on 2nd March 2015 .

The exam is rigorous , complex and demands thorough understanding of all Five domains .

Most of the questions are scenario based and only understanding of the concepts in finer details would sail you through . Though I had dreamt of this credential in early 2014 , I began serious preparations after August 2014 and purchased some books . Anup gave valuable TIPS and Direction throughout as some of the texts were based on SPM2. Anup gives a very precise reply to any query .

1. Few texts which gave info about PgMP in SPM2 style

2. Anup's Reference Materials - based on SPM3

3. SPM-3 Standard ( 2 Times )

4. Simpli-Learn PgMP Course - Videos

5. As my PMP concepts were strong , I referred Anup's Material along with Schedule Chapter revisit from my PMP books .

6. Finally I prepared one chart for each Chapter with my study notes from all stuff for final recap.

7. The exam is lengthy and some mock tests / practice of questions in exam like environment will help for sure .

Is there a major difference in SPM2 and SPM3? Or one can reply on either one of these?

Tahir, thanks for positing the query. yes there is a major change in SPM V2 compared to SPM V3. For the exam preparation, its recommended to follow SPM V3. Please feel free to send a email to s_anupkumar@yahoo.com so that I can send the details about PgMP certification. It's my pleasure to support in your PgMP certification journey...
