Lessons Learnt:

Went thru SPM V3 4 times....Initial reading was high level, just to understand the concept, lifecycle n articrafts....It was really difficult to understand the flow as I was trying to corelate with PMP.

I went thru it again but this time I read each line carefully and corelated to real life Examples.....read some case studies, youtube videos on Program mgmt .....did lot of analysis, tried making mind maps and then put them on paper, this way i understood the concepts...took 1 week leave frm off n did third n fourth reading...I read ECO everytime along with SPM....practiced 3 ques banks from Jean Gouix, Dr. Ginger, & Anup..
